Meet The Chef

As a young girl I spent hours watching my father cook up some amazing and delicious dishes. They varied from Italian to Southern and then others were just plain perfect for a cookout. I was marveled when he would let me in on his 'special' ingredients after my far-fetched and out-of-the-way guesses. It was like our little secret. And as I got older, I found 'special' ingredients of my own that I couldn't wait to share with him! That's when I embraced my love for cooking that has actually grown into an obsession! Hopefully I will have an opportunity to share my obsession with you all!
